There are many asanas to control and prevent diabetes and complications

Asanas :

Surya Namaskar :

Initially - 6 rounds

Later - 12 rounds

Supine postures :

Ø Sarvangasana : Practised daily for 2 times in morning and evening

Ø Halasana

Prone postures :

Ø Bhujangasana

Ø Triyaka Bhujangasana

Ø Shalabasana

Ø Dhanurasana
