HLC Ayurveda and Nature Cure (the “HLC”) is owned and operated by Hyva Charitable Trust. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) describes how payment refund palicies are applicable, used, and disclosed by HLC and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "HLC," "we" or "us") when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, or other online services that link to this Policy (collectively the “Sites”).
This Policy applies solely to your use of our Sites. It does not apply to information we collect in connection with your attendance at the Academy or your participation in or presence at our events, Programmes, camps or other activities (other than forms and other information and communications submitted through the Sites), or if you otherwise interact with us.
HLC Payment Refund Policy
At HLC Ayurveda and Nature Cure Centre, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences and services during your stay. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your Ayurveda Health Care Stay Package, we offer the following refund policy:.
Cancellation Policy:
a. If you need to cancel your stay package, please notify us at least [number of days] prior to your scheduled arrival date.
b. Cancellations made within the specified notice period will be eligible for a full refund.
Modification Policy:
a. If you wish to modify your stay package, such as changing the dates or duration, please inform us at least 3 day prior to your scheduled arrival.
b.Modifications made within the specified notice period will be accommodated based on availability and any applicable rate adjustments will be applied.
Early Departure:
a. In the event of an early departure from your stay package, refunds for unused nights may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
b. Any refund provided will be based on the discretion of HLC Ayurveda Nature Cure Centre and the specific circumstances surrounding the early departure.
Please note the following conditions and guidelines:
1.Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
2.Proof of purchase and booking confirmation may be required for all refund requests.
3.Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process.
